Jenny Bull Posted April 13 Report Share Posted April 13 Hi, I was having issues with my Nitro Pro so uninstalled it and downloaded it again online but it is now not recognising my activation key. Click back and make sure you have entered the serial number correctly. If you still encounter problems, please contact support via the link below: submit a support request" I have tried submitting a support request but keep going round in circles without actually being able to submit a request. Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number.
