Moving License to another computer (another user)

Hi i want to move the nitro pro license to another computer(another user), i don't have the license key and the purchase order and email and all. 

Let me know what are the steps are there?

Please provide the email address that you've used to purchase the license and we will try to search for the purchase record. 
Without the correct information of the purchaser, we will not be able to locate the license purchase record.

He is the one purchased all license for our company, but he forgot to update the license key track record.

If i can get the license with username or something, that will be helpful for me to create a track record.
