How can I combine several 8.5x11 pdf pages into a single 11x17 pdf page? Using Nitro.

How can I combine several 8.5x11 pdf pages into a single 11x17 pdf page?


I have tried: selecting image thumbnails, then pressing "copy" and "paste"
and tried using the snapshot tool.

The snapshot tool works, but I end up with bitmaps not the original PDFs!
