CONRAD KOWALIK Posted April 19 Report Share Posted April 19 (edited) Good Afternoon Support, I had purchased NitroPRO 11 and unfortunately my HDD died so when I reinstalled all other products from backups I looked for the NitroPRO 11 installation executables, only to find that what I had thought were the files I needed, turned out to be links of sorts ( I'm not too tech savvy!). Bottom line, I am now using NitroPRO 13 on trial for two weeks, and I'd like to get my old licence back please so that I can continue running 11 and not have to purchase 13. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP WITH THIS? i wrote an email to the lady who originally was my contact at nitro but she did not reply - possibly left the company? This is the email I sent recently which has a copy of the receipt for the V11 purchase.
