I just purchased Nitro PDF Pro and for some reason, it's not recognizing me as the admin and when I try to make changes, I get a message that asks me to request permission from admin. However, I am admin and the only user at this point. What should I do? Also, I don't know my serial number and this would be good in case I need to submit a ticket.
