I just purchased Nitro PDF Pro and for some reason, it's not recognizing me as the admin and when I try to make changes, I get a message that asks me to request permission from admin. However, I am admin and the only user at this point.  What should I do?

Also, I don't know my serial number and this would be good in case I need to submit a ticket.

Sorry for the confusion. Nitro Admin is for our Business and Enterprise teams managing Nitro Sign licenses. It is not for Nitro PDF Pro.

Unfortunately I was not able to find your account records for Nitro PDF Pro and I cannot locate your serial number.

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1. First and last name of purchaser 
2. Email address used purchase Nitro (I was unable to find anything using the email address you are using now)
3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant)
