I downloaded Nitro Pro 13 and have been using it for a few days short of one year.

Today, I cannot use Nitro Pro.  I am receiving a message that my license has expired.  I am ready to post my license number (please hide it) ************************

I tried to deactivate and reinstall. :(

But the screen says, "Please select devices to deactivate."  There are no choices for me to select.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

There are no activated computers so the deactivate button will not work.

Can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

You can get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
