Activation on Virtual Machine

Hi,

I have an enterprise licence file. I am trying to activate Nitro Pro on a Virtual Windows 11 machine. It is a single user machine. Each time I activate the licence it will work until the virtual machine is rebooted then the licence file is no longer active and needs to re-apply licence.

Any suggestions

Please try to apply the license file via command line with disabled encryption then observe if it will maintain the activation after system restart.
Here are the steps:

1. Open the license file using Notepad (right-click the license file then select Open with > Notepad). 
2. Copy the license code inside the Notepad. 
3. Open CMD as Administrator and execute the following command:

"C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\ActivateSN.exe" -e false -s <insert the license code here>

Note: The C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13 is the directory where Nitro Pro 13 is installed.

4. Press Enter to execute the command and to proceed with the activation.
