Elieser Taveras Posted April 24 Report Share Posted April 24 Hi, I am having problems activating my Nitro Pro 12. I had to reinstall windows in my computer. I tried to deactivate my serial number in the computer, however, it does not give the "List", where to choose it, although a message says to choose the computer to deactivate. Please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 so you could successfully activate using your existing license. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. After the installation, open Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro and ensure that the version and build is 12.16.9.574. Once confirmed, click the Activate button then enter your license. If you are interested to upgrade your license to version 13 with a discounted price, you can do the upgrade through our online Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. I downloaded and installed (version 12) using a previous link, but when trying to activate it says: You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number with another version.. What is the error message that prevents you from installing Nitro PDF Pro 12 using the installer from https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads? The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro 12 must be on 12.16.9.574. If this is not the version and build, the activation using your license will not become successful. You can try install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using the MSI installer.
