Once the computer was redone I loaded the Nitro 12 software and tried to reactivate it, no go. I longed into my account and tried to reactivate on your website but it said the SN was not correct. Please help me with this issue. My SN is 121***-868***-****53, please help me get my license working again. Edited April 25, 2023 by Reymund G. It appears that you are using an invalid serial number to activate the software. The license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal also confirms that your serial number is not a valid license. Please note that a valid version 12 serial number starts with 234. I recommend reaching out to the store where you purchase this license and check with them if your license is a valid Nitro PDF Pro serial number.
