Activation Failed on new OS after Nitro 12 was Deactivated before upgrade

Hi, I had to recover my laptop and before I did I deactivated my Nitro Pro 12. Once the computer was redone I loaded the Nitro 12 software and tried to reactivate it, no go. I longed into my account and tried to reactivate on your website but it said the SN was not correct. Please help me with this issue. My SN is 121***-868***-****53, please help me get my license working again.

It appears that you are using an invalid serial number to activate the software. The license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal also confirms that your serial number is not a valid license. Please note that a valid version 12 serial number starts with 234.

I recommend reaching out to the store where you purchase this license and check with them if your license is a valid Nitro PDF Pro serial number.
