Please uninstall your current installation of Nitro PDF Pro then reinstall it using the installer from the link below: 64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi Please observe if you will get the same crash report in this build of Nitro PDF Pro 13.
