I have problem with my Nitro Pro.

The software deactivated license and now i can't reactivate.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/installers/business/v12/msi/download

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

We started seeing this exact same issue today at our company, multiple copies of Nitro 12 that have always been active all of a sudden say Trial expired. We even tried uninstall/reinstalling, but when clicking "Activate" it doesn't do anything, it doesn't bring up the activation screen like it used to. This is on the latest version that you suggested  (12.16.9.574) see screenshot here.

When we click Activate there the screen briefly turns white, then does nothing it just goes back to how the screenshot appears. Tried on multiple machines. This is after attempting a full uninstall, reboot, reinstall, and reboot again.
