Can't ccess Nitro Pro 10 that is/was installed, says newer version installed, can't access that, either. Vicious loop!

I have Nitro Pro 10, was installed and working fine.  I went to use today and received a message stating: "The service does not have sufficient privileges.  Please reinstall."

When I attempt to reinstall I receive a message stating that: "A later version of Nitro Pro is already installed" and all I can do is click on "Finish" and the program exits.

Hello @David A Smith

You have upgraded your Nitro Pro 10 serial number to Nitro Pro 13, so please use that license.

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
