"Invalid Code" when trying to activate account with Serial Number

Hi, we just purchased a new Nitro Licence and when we have tried to activate it it says "invalid code" even though when I put the serial number into the "Need Help Activating" page it says that the status of the licence is "Active" ad there have been 0 activations?

Please could someone help? Thank you

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

I checked your account and your serial number is for version 13.

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
