Louise Morelli
I've changed laptops and am trying to activate my existing licence after my free trial period. I'm stuck in a loop of being asked to submit a request for support, verifying my licence, arriving at the deactivate page, this doing nothing (because apparently of the 2 users I can have, neither are active) and then being sent to submit a request for support. I'm using the latest version of Nitro Pro. What can I do? It's totally frustrating that I cannot chat directly to anyone and in the meantime I can't edit any PDFs. Please help! Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted Sunday at 06:05 PM Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted Sunday at 06:05 PM Hello @Louise Morelli The serial number you provided is for Nitro Pro 12. If you have another version installed, it will not work. Please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number. Please let us know how that goes.
