Pierre Parks Posted May 8, 2023 Report Share Posted May 8, 2023 A previous user is no longer with the company so I would like to re-assign that e-sign account to someone else. I went through the steps to change the account email address for the e-sign account. However, the steps did not work and I may have contributed to the error. I created an e-sign account for this new user before realizing that I could simply re-assign the current account that is no longer being used. I have since deleted that new account. However, while attempting re-assign the current account for the user who left the company by changing the account email address, I am being prompted with an error message stating that the email address (new user) is already in use and I should contact support.
