Issue Upgrading thru website

I have a license for V12 and although I successfully de-activated it, it will not activate V13 nor will it re-activate on the older machine.

I would be happy to upgrade but I get this error when trying the online upgrade:  We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

So here I am.

I am getting the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.' after entering your serial number in the Upgrade portal.
