So there is no way of contacting Nitro Support.


SSO was incorrectly (and Partially) setup a few months ago on our instance by our previous Sys Admin

I want to redo this and have the following issues:


1) Under Domains Tab, our Domain is listed, but shows no Code to copy for the DNS txt entry.

2) I cannot delete the domain (deleting this will have no effect to our current users)

When trying to delete the Domain, I just get an Error: Oops, Something went wrong.


Is there any way to get in contact with an actual support agent to assist with deleting the domain?
