Alex Hornstein Posted May 11, 2023 Report Posted May 11, 2023 Hi, My client has recently moved to a new machine and when reinstalling Nitro we are unable to activate the existing license. I had read somewhere that the Nitro 12 license server are no longer active however there was a free upgrade to the latest version? My clients license is registered under general@rosstownhotel.com.au and ends 919860. We have also noted that there are 2 active registrations however when tryign to deactivate the license we cannot progress this option anymore. Thanks, Alex

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
