I can´t activate my licence on a new laptop

On my old laptop I have nitro pro 13.2.6.26 installed, I deactivated the license and I did all the indicated steps to activate it on a new laptop, but when I want to activate the license on the new laptop it does not allow it and shows the following error: "The serial number can only contain numeric values and must be 18 characters long."

My license number is: 504900XXXXXXXXXXXX

Can you help me, please

Could you please confirm if you are entering the serial number as 504900XXXXXXXXXXXX?
If so, this will not work as you need to enter the complete serial number (without Xs).
The complete serial number can be found in the invoice receipt that you received during the license purchase. If you did not purchase this license, please reach out to the owner to obtain the complete serial number.
