Bilton IT Dept Posted May 16 Report Share Posted May 16 (edited) As of 2 days ago, the users Nitro install started showing a white horizontal bar where the file menu was, and a black bar where the icons and menu items are below it. This perisists for a few seconds before accessing the File, or Print menu. Updated the Nitro Pro 13 to latest, issue still persists. Version: (18.104.22.168) Updated OS, UEFI Firmware, and checked for new drivers, or any windows updates, issue still persists. Prior to the update, the delay was from 30-45 seconds before the proper page would load. Any suggestions?
