MeganE Posted May 17 Report Share Posted May 17 I'm unable to get Nitro sign to realise I have paid for a subscription. The desktop version is licensed and works but Nitro sign showed my trial had expired. I've tried deactivating/reactivating the PC, using a different PC and finally today tried using an alias email address to create a new Nitro/Nitrosign account, all to no avail. The account setup using the alias is working but is showing as a trial so will only last 2 weeks. Someone please help, this is very frustrating!
