I purchased NitroPro 13 license on March 19, 2022

The serial number is working ok, successfully activated. 

However, serial number is fail to be verified for NitroPro 14 upgrade here;


Message from System:

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I made the necessary changes to allow the upgrade. Please try to upgrade to version 14 again, please proceed to the following web page,


Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key and installation files.

Please let me know how that goes.
