Upgrading from Nitro Professional 6.0.0.29

I need to upgrade onto my new windows 11  laptop.  The 

 

Nitro CS said in the chat "We were unable to validate your serial number, it isn't being recognized on our upgrade portal. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."
