Can´t get upgarde

Hi. 
When I try to get upgrade to NITRO PDF PRO 14, appears the following message:

"We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

I thougth there was an error with my licente, but in the "Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com)" page, my license appears. 

What should I do in order to solve this issue?

As indicated by others, I also am getting the same message that my serial number cannot be validated when attempting to upgrade.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Having the same issue with upgrading from Nitro PDF Pro 13, even with the link provided above to Mr. Sanchez.  have verified s/n from original email/receipt.

Please advise - I'm having the same issue with upgrading, and yes I've tried the link you suggested but still getting the error message: 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.
