In order to even delete blank pages from pdf scans or rotate images, etc., I have to sign up. But they "no longer support" v.10 and their "servers are down" which would cost them about $0.00 to have turned on. So they're forcing you to try to buy their latest stuff (that they will "no longer support") in just a few years so they can get more money out of you then too. Don't feed the animals. Move to Kofax. Please provide the full serial number or the email address you used to purchase the license so we can search the purchase record and determine the serial number. We would like to inform you that support for Nitro Pro 12 and earlier versions has been discontinued, and they have reached their end of life. Users who own a serial number corresponding to these versions can continue utilizing their license as long as Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 remains installed on their system. While the old activation servers have been shut down, all the old serial numbers were successfully migrated to the new activation server. This enables all the old (valid) licenses to activate the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. I understand that you have a version 10 license and this should allow you to activate Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574.
