Nitro Pro Printer Queue Problem

When I attempt to print a document to Nitro Pro 11 running under the Windows 10 Pro OS, the documents get stuck (i.e., spooling forever) and I can't delete them.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this situation?

You could try re-creating the Nitro 11 PDF printer: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584

If that doesn't work, maybe a repair will: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001641

Hi Steven,

I am having the same problem with documents stuck in queue. However I am using Nitro Pro 10. Can you or anyone else help me?

As far as I am aware, the process is the same for Nitro 10- if those steps don't match what you're seeing in Nitro 10, let me know.
