Issue with License Activation - Error -22

Dear Nitro Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue related to license activation for Nitro.

Recently, we performed a fresh installation on several laptops, during which we deactivated the licenses previously used. As part of the reinstallation process, we are currently attempting to activate Nitro version 12.6; however, we are encountering an error message stating "Error -22" when trying to activate the license.

We have three different licenses for different users. Also i checked license all 3 for Nitro 12 and no one is activated. Status also active.

If there are any additional details or information required from our end, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to provide them promptly.

When on version 12 serial number, the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) is required in order to get activated.
To check the version and build of your installation, please open Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please install that so you can proceed with the activation.
