I am writing to seek assistance with an issue related to license activation for Nitro. Recently, we performed a fresh installation on several laptops, during which we deactivated the licenses previously used. As part of the reinstallation process, we are currently attempting to activate Nitro version 12.6; however, we are encountering an error message stating "Error -22" when trying to activate the license. We have three different licenses for different users. Also i checked license all 3 for Nitro 12 and no one is activated. Status also active. If there are any additional details or information required from our end, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to provide them promptly.
