I found a version 13 license that was purchased using your Hotmail email address. This license (ends with 850) is eligible for a discounted upgrade through our Upgrade Portal. If you are trying to upgrade to a different serial number, kindly provide it so we can check its eligibility for an upgrade to version 14.
