I changed my device and can't activate Nitro to the new device

I had to upgrade my laptop. I deactivated Nitro from my old laptop and tried to activate it to the new laptop. getting an error as key is not valid.

The invalid license message occurs if the version of the serial number does not match the version of the software. 
You can check the version of your license through the license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

If:

Version 12 - you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 12 build 12.16.9.574
Version 13 - Nitro PDF Pro 13
Version 14 - Nitro PDF Pro 14

To check the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro, please open the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
You can find the installers from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

For the version 12 installer, please see below:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
