How can i activate my actual serial number on a new computer?

My computer was stolen. I bought a new one. I can't succeed to activate NITRO PDF on th new computer. I followed a procedure that led me to DEACTIVATE the license that was active and i read that as soon as i deactivate, i can then activate the product on the new computer. It still doesn't work. The message says the serial number is unknown meanwhile it's the right one

Can someone help me?

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
