Inability to upgrade to version 14

I have recently received an email inviting me to upgrade from version 13 to version 14 of Nitro PDF Pro.  When I attempted to do so by inserting my serial number as shown on the purchase invoice, a message said that Nitro was unable to validate the serial number.  My reference number shown on the purchase invoice is 31******* and the invoice number is AKD-73********.

I have made some adjustments to your version 13 license so you can proceed with upgrading it to version 14.
Could you please try to upgrade it again through the Upgrade Portal?

Good gorgeous June morning - it is Friday, good people!

Hey, have this same issue today, 2023/06/02, my 3 licenses and am getting a message that my serial numbers cannot be validated. I tried putting dashes, etc. with same results on all 3 license numbers. Can send or attach screenshot of one if you would like it. Oddly, it worked several days ago, last week some time, I believe. I did not have to enter dashes or anything, was great, gave status, etc. I bookmarked and did not pursue at that time as I did not have time to check all three. Was glad to have been guided to or have found the proper place for use later. Today, however, encountered above issue with every license.

There might be scheduled system maintenance during the time you attempt to upgrade your license to version 14 through the Upgrade portal. 
I just check the Upgrade page and I can confirm that it is working. 

If you are still receiving a 'cannot be validated' message, please provide the serial number that you would like to upgrade to version 14 so we can investigate and look into it.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I get a different message with 2 of my 3 licenses this morning. The one I am still getting a validate message on is several months older, is 504*************** and is version 13.70.4.50. Can I not upgrade?

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading that serial number to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade page and then try to upgrade the provided serial number.
