" issue when accessing the https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade portal. I have a valid serial number for v13 [504***************] which I received upon purchasing through cleverbridge [BKD-73*********; Ref No: 31*******]. The email used was bought using the ****pgs@hotmail email address. Please advise.
