Upgrade process failed

I received an email inviting me to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14 via a link.  I followed the link and entered my serial number, but the site responded that it couldne validate my serial number and I should post in the Community Forum about it for help.  Here's that post.

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.

Thanks, I was able to install Nitro PDF Pro 14.  During the process, the installer prompted me 3 times to close processes that prevented the install.  I went into Task Manager and closed a number of background processes to let the install continue.  I've never encountered that before!  After the install, I found that version 14 still has the problem with tiny unreadable text in the printer selection dialog boxes.  I think that makes 4 version upgrades with this problem still not fixed.
