Nancy Marsh
At this time, 2 licensed versions of Nitro Pro v13 for Windows are non-functional. We cannot open or edit pdf documents. WTF???
Nancy Marsh
Perhaps the use-case for Nitro Pro has changed since version 8. Apparently version 13 for Windows, which has functioned perfectly for more than 1 year, is no useless. On one Windows 10 machine, can't run it at all (crashes - and once it crashes, it crashes repeatedly with no way to close the reports expect stopping the task in task manager. On the second Windows 10 machine, it won't open pdf documents created with Nitro Pro itself. There have been no Windows 10 updates applied. Nitro no longer provides support for their own products so upgrading is not even a consideration. Since Nitro Pro v13 is now useless to me and I need to be able to edit pdfs today, I'm off to find a software that is supported.
