Trial expiration even if the account was already activated

Hello Nitro,

Our Team has Nitro PDF Pro. One teammate already activated her account through the installed Nitro program.
Now, she's encountering a "trial expired" message and she can't use the essential features of the Nitro Program and even the Nitro Cloud. We tried deactivating and reactivating her account, but nothing works.

I also just found out that we have Nitro Admin. Is this part of our license/plan? Access to it would be helpful in managing the licenses of our team, but I am not sure who has the admin role within us. I hope you can help.

Here's the message she's getting in Nitro Cloud. The signing feature is locked.

Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign are distinct programs that require separate licensing. Furthermore, Nitro Admin is specifically designed for Nitro Sign team accounts.
