Change PC, forgot the complete activation code... please help

was using Nitro 13 Pro, install Nitro 13 version in to the new PC, but seems only record 14 digits of the 15 digits activation code.  Anywhere i can retrieve  the full code?

The Nitro PDF Pro serial number is an 18-digit activation code. This license code can be found in the invoice receipt you received after the license purchase. 
Could you please provide the serial number you are using to activate the software? Also, is this license purchased under your email address?
