Licence Incomplete for transfer to new computer

Hi,

I have purchased a new laptop and am trying to move my software from my old laptop to new laptop.

I have looked at the instructions and followed the steps, where it tells me to write down my serial number, deactivate, install software on new machine, enter the serial number and click activate.

That's all well and good. Except the serial number is not being displayed? The information I can see is the first 6 digits of my serial number followed by 12 "X"

 

How do I get my full serial number?

Please note that after the activation, the serial number will not be fully displayed in the application. This is to protect the serial number from theft and unauthorized use. 

When needed, you can find the complete serial number in the invoice receipt email you received after the license purchase.
In case you no longer have the email, you can provide the email address you used to purchase the license and we will assist you in finding the complete serial number. 

I have also sent you a direct message regarding the details of your license.
