Good morning, We bought two nitro licenses yesterday but we still don't have the program or the keys. We would like to use a trial version until the purchase is complete, but we don't get any link to download it either.

Please note that I am not seeing a license purchase under your email address luis*********@uteabi.com.
If you have purchased the license using a different email, kindly provide it so we can search for the purchase record. 

Regarding the installer to evaluate the software, are you looking for the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows or Mac?

Two license purchase under email address **********cion@uteabi.com, it is for Windows.

In searching our records, I did not find any license purchase under the provided email address. 
Please check if the email address you used to purchase the license is correct. Otherwise, we will not be able to pull up a record with an incorrect email address.

Por favor, nos urge solucionar este tema, hemos comprado 2 licencias de Nitro Pro para Windows, tenemos el numero de referencia de cleverbridge pero no nos ha llegado ningún email para poder activar dichas licencias, hemos revisado la cuenta y se ha pasado el cargo por el banco. Por lo tanto la compra se ha realizado correctamente pero no tenemos el programa para poder trabajar con él.

Se nos está acabando el programa de prueba y seguimos sin tener solución a la compra, ni hay medio de contactar con alguien para que resuelva el problema. Por favor, darnos una solución. Gracias!!!

Please, we urgently need to solve this issue, we have bought 2 Nitro Pro licenses for Windows, we have the cleverbridge reference number but we have not received any email to activate these licenses, we have reviewed the account and the charge for the bank. My sincere apologies for the delay.

I have responded to your direct message regarding the order reference number and the reason why you are not receiving the invoice receipt that contains the serial number.
Please check on it including the steps on how to activate using your serial number.
