Not able to use the 'Open in Nitro' option from within SharePoint

I have a trial version of PDF Pro loaded for testing (latest version 14.3.1.193) and have also installed as Global O365 admin (latest version 1.15.0.44) associated Nitro SharePoint Integration App.

I am using a fresh install of a new SharePoint modern teams site with default document library.

I cannot get the 'Open in Nitro' button option in SharePoint to work for opening a test.pdf file in Nitro.

I have added the SharePoint site in Nitro PDF Pro and have opened the test.pdf file from the SharePoint document library successfully but the SharePoint button will not work (no error is presented).

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

• 'Open in Nitro' button option in SharePoint
  • When trying to use this option, it doesn't appear to load or open Nitro.
• Removing and reinstalling the latest Nitro SharePoint Integration App in SharePoint does not resolve the issue.
  • Button will only appear when the SharePoint Integration App is manually added to a site and does not show when 'for all sites' is selected as option.
• Removing and reinstalling the latest Nitro PDF Pro (using the *.msi version) does not resolve the issue.
• Removing and reinstalling the latest Nitro PDF Pro (using the *.exe version) does not resolve the issue.

 

Current Versions:

• Nitro PDF Pro for SharePoint Online 1.15.0.44
• Nitro PDF Pro 14.3.1.193
