Myra Bresnahan Posted June 14 Report Share Posted June 14 I changed computers and installed Nitro 14, not realizing I bought an older version. !4 does not recognize my license number. I uninstalled and tried to install 13 several times, but every time after installation the program will not open and it crashes. I am in hour 4 now, trying to activate my Nitro. This has been a long and frustrating process which includes a multitude of other problems that I encountered, but have since resolved. I need Nitro for my work. I do apologize if you are experiencing an issue installing and activating Nitro PDF Pro. I would like to check first the version and status of your serial number. Kindly provide it so we can determine the correct installer to install Nitro PDF Pro. It will be okay to send the serial number here since we always hide it before approving the post. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted June 20 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 20 Hi @Myra Bresnahan Please uninstall your current installation then install Nitro PDF Pro 13.70.2.40 build using the installer from the link below: 64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi To determine if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq Once Nitro PDF Pro 13.70.2.40, kindly check if it will properly launch. If it did not crash after launch or start-up, activate it by clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your version 13 license then click Activate.
