The serial number you provided is a Nitro Pro 13 serial number. It is now ready to be transferred. Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Gary Leyder Posted June 19, 2023 Author Report Share Posted June 19, 2023 Hi @Leslie V Downloaded & installed 13, it crashes before I get the chance to plug in the serial # I found the crash zip folder, could email it to you (the automatic email didn't work) Don't know if it matters, but we didn't buy 13 - maybe the user was offered a free upgrade from 12?
