Old computer didn't display full serial number and I have no way of finding it

I need to use Nitro on a new computer.  When I looked for my serial number on my old computer under About Nitro it displayed six digits and 12 Xs.  I deactivated on that computer thinking I could use the six digits to activate on my new computer.  I can't get Nitro support because every support page requires a serial number.  Needs to be fixed ASAP.  Please advise immediately.  Thanks.

I used the serial number recovery tool but when I put it into Nitro I'm being told the serial number does not exist.  I need this resolved.  Thank you.
