Trying to activate version 12 Nitro pro but the serial number I have doesn't work.

As the Title says, I have a key which is for Nitro pro 12 but when I try to activate it, it says it's the incorrect version. I've deactivated all machines already but it's still not letting me activate it on a new one. Can anyone help me get the exact installer for my version if I can link the serial number?

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the serial number then click Activate.
