I received an email from Nitro this morning for an upgrade offer to Version 14  of Nitro Pro.

I am very mystified as there is not any information for reasons to upgrade.

The support of this is very sparse and surely Nitro should be listing the new features of V14  that are not in V13.

When I contacted support, i received a prompt answer but not answering the questions that I have asked and there was barely enough room for me to provide questions.

The upgrade window is from 21 June when I received the email to 30 June to receive a 20% Discount.

This is upgrade process in my opinion is very poor.
