Terry Osborne
I ran into an issue where a PDF that was modified by my document management system is not allowing a user to edit it. Change Document and Document Assembly are marked as Not Allowed for the user, using Version 13 of the software. A different user with Version 11 can Edit just fine and All Security settings are marked as Allowed. So I uninstalled version 13 and installed version 11 for the affected user. It works perfect for her, but now I am unable Activate the Version 11 software with her Version 13 license key. What are my options here?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 23 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 23 Hello @Terry Osborne Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you. Please send me both serial numbers for version 11 and 13 so I can check. If you'd like for us to troubleshoot the editing issue, kindly provide us with the following as well so we can investigate: - A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing - The file you are working on for testing - What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro. - Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end - A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving I look forward to your response.
