User since 2019 & having issues with activation and upgrading.

I cannot find out when my subscription expires.  I want to upgrade but don't want to until my subscription runs out.


Also, regarding activation - I have a new laptop.  I deactivated 1 (out of the 2 that I am entitled) as directed to do on the site.  It ways that I can go enter s/n to activate in Nitro, but it does not say where.  

Nitro needs real people answering these questions!!!

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
