Deactivation then activation in a new computer

Help, please. We lost a computer and deactivated the Nitro License to activate it in a new machine.

We have tried everything and haven't been able to activate the licence on the new machine.

Each time we click activate now the button doesn't work. We have de-installed and installed Nitro from the suggested link, but It doesn't work. 

Our IT company provider couldn't help and suggested we contact Nitro directly.

In case the problem is something to do with the installation, can you please try the following for me:

1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list
(NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up)
2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip)
3. Run the utility
4. Reboot
5. Download and install 13.70 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

I would also like you to download the latest redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022. (VC_redist.x64.exe)

Please let me know how that goes.

Where is the serial number?  I have followed the instructions... there is a License Number - but most of it is xxxxxxxxx.

 

Why don't you have a phone number.  This is exhausting

 You cannot paste images directly. Upload or insert images from URL.

I purchased two perpetual licences for Nitro Pro 9 for my Windows 8 and Windows 10 machine in 2015, that worked until this week. I upgraded my Widows 8 machine and had a new hard drive installed in my Windows 10 machine, both now run Windows 10. Now I am unable to use the old version and my serial number will not work to activate Nitro Pro, or upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. 

Can you help me please?

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please try activating via administrator command line:

“C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\ControlActivation.exe” -a <your serial number without dashes>

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 8 or 9 and their activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 since we released version 13. You can find Nitro Pro 12 installer from the page below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number.

I've downloaded version 12 and have tried to activate the program but I have received the following error messages. I enclose the licence details and the evidence of my licences. Please can you resolve this for me.
