Nitro PDF software help

All,

Is Nitro the "new" Wondershare PDF PRO?

 

If so, I paid for the Wondershare PDF PRO and when I try to use it, it keeps saying to sign up for a free trial or purchase it.  Can't get a support number, email or anything. The forms to do this do not work and there's no alternative that I've found.

 

Is there any help, or did I get screwed? I'm surprised that a company that's going up against Adobe has such horrible support.
