I have a license for PDFPen Pro for Mac.  Can I upgrade/convert to Nitro Pro for Windows?  I no longer use my Mac.  If I can convert, is it a free conversion?

I have a lifetime license for PDFPen Pro.  I no longer use my MacBook.  How can I convert this to a Nitro Pro license for Windows?  I have a license key from PDFPen Pro.

I tried starting a topic 3 days ago, and it keeps saying it needs to be approved by a moderator.  Now I can't even load the topic anymore.  It's listed under topics I created, but when I click on it, it says "topic cannot be found"

Can you please help me?

Hello @Ron Mittelman

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please note PDFPen Pro and Nitro Pro are two separate programs. The licenses for the Mac and Windows versions are treated as separate and cannot be interchanged.

To obtain a license for Nitro Pro on Windows, you can purchase here: https://www.gonitro.com/pricing

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for answering my post, @Leslie V.  I'm not sure I totally understand the answer, though.  I *think* there is a conversion path from a PDFPen Pro license to a Nitro Pro license for Mac, right?  I can't seem to find out what that is, however.

Is there somebody at Nitro I could reach out to, to ask about exchanging a Mac license for a Windows license?  I know they are separate products, but if I'm entitled to a Mac license after paying any upgrade cost, and I'm willing to give up the Mac license for a Windows license, it seems like that should work.

I'm sorry if I'm missing something...

Hello @Ron Mittelman

We do not swap licenses from Mac to Windows or vice versa.
