Mary McAleer Posted June 26, 2023 Report Share Posted June 26, 2023 I am having the same issue. All of a sudden, I was unable to open documents, so I uninstalled and redownloaded the application. When I go to activate with my serial number, I am notified that my "serial number does not exist". The submit a support request page on Nitro is honestly quite useless. I enter my information and select "Activation." When I enter my serial number to find my license, it shows as Active but there is no way for me to select devices deactivate. The activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal (link below): https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal From the license portal, kindly take note of the version. Furthermore, the Nitro PDF Pro installed on the computer must match this version. To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version.
